Privacy Notice

Who we are. DwellDelta is a service of Xcelerent Pty Ltd (ABN 14 701 983 995). Contact for anything in this notice: lingtao@xcelerent.com.

What we collect

• When you use a tool without contributing: what you type into it, used only to give you the answer, and not kept.
• When you choose to contribute: only the fields listed in the Contributor Terms - suburb, dwelling type, bedrooms, the rent or sale figures and dates. No address, no name. With nothing that identifies you, a contribution is generally not personal information; we treat it carefully anyway. We also keep a one-way hash of a deletion code that is shown to you once and never sent to us, which way the contribution arrived (our web page or your AI assistant), the version of these terms you agreed to, and - if it came through an assistant - whether it is the rent you pay or the rent of a property you own.
• To prevent abuse: a short-lived technical signal (for example a hashed network address) to limit repeated contributions, deleted within 30 days. No advertising trackers.

How we use it

To answer your question; to build suburb benchmarks; to publish statistics that meet our minimum of 10 contributions per group. We do not sell individual contributions to anyone.

Where it is kept

In Australia: Amazon Web Services, Sydney region (ap-southeast-2). Contributions are not copied to any other region or provider.

Your choices

• Access and correction: ask, and we will tell you what we hold about you and fix anything wrong.
• Deletion: send us the deletion code you were shown, and we delete that contribution. Without the code we cannot tell which contribution is yours, because we hold nothing that identifies you. Published statistics that already included a contribution cannot be withdrawn - see the Contributor Terms.

Write to lingtao@xcelerent.com first; we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Children

The tools are not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We will date every version of this notice, and say what changed.
