Contributor Terms

Approved by the owner of Xcelerent Pty Ltd. An independent legal review was requested on 2 October 2026 and has not yet reported. If it changes these words, the change applies to later contributions only.

These terms apply when you choose to add information - such as a rent or a sale result - to DwellDelta Tools. Using a tool without contributing does not need them.

Who we are. DwellDelta is a service of Xcelerent Pty Ltd (ABN 14 701 983 995). Contact: lingtao@xcelerent.com.

1. What you are contributing

Only what the form asks for: for a rent - suburb, dwelling type, bedrooms, weekly rent, any proposed rent, and the month the lease began; for a sale - suburb, dwelling type, bedrooms, price, sale date and days on market. You may contribute on our page, or ask an AI assistant to add it for you through the DwellDelta tool; an assistant also says whether the rent is one you pay or one for a property you own. We never ask for an address, a name, or anything that identifies a person. Please do not put any in a free-text field.

2. You must be entitled to share it

• It is your own rent or sale, or you have the permission of the person it belongs to.
• Agents: you confirm the vendor agreed to the sale price being shared - the same consent you obtain before publishing a sold price.
• It is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not contribute figures you know to be wrong.
• It is not a figure you or your assistant read on a website, a listing or anywhere else.

3. What you allow us to do with it

You grant DwellDelta a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, combine, analyse and use your contribution, and to publish, share and commercialise statistics derived from it, including through paid services and through data made available to AI systems.

In return, we promise:

• We only ever publish aggregates. No figure is published for a group - a suburb, bedroom count and period - built from fewer than 10 contributions.
• We never publish, sell or share an individual contribution in a form that could identify you or a property.
• We keep only what section 1 lists.

4. Changing your mind

You can ask us to delete your contribution at any time: email the deletion code you were shown when you contributed to lingtao@xcelerent.com, and we delete the record itself. Without the code we cannot find it, because we keep nothing that identifies you. Statistics already published that included it cannot be withdrawn, because by then it is one of at least ten contributions and cannot be separated out.

5. No payment

Contributing is free and unpaid. What you receive is the tool's answer, and the benchmarks that contributions make possible.

6. Quality control

We may exclude a contribution that falls far outside what others report for the same suburb until other contributions support it, and we may limit how often one device contributes.

7. General

• These terms work alongside the Privacy Notice.
• Nothing in them excludes a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
• If we change them, the change applies to later contributions only; existing contributions stay under the terms that applied when you gave them.
• These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
